Dr Jeff Listiak grew up in San Diego, California. After graduating from high school at the top of his class, he attended the University of Pennsylvania on a Navy  scholarship. He graduated in 1991 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and was immediately commissioned a Naval Officer.

Dr Listiak served three tours on active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer in Japan and Hawaii. While body surfing in Hawaii, he hyperextended his back on a sandbar. When the pain wasn’t going away on his own, he “bumped” into the top Chiropractor in the State of Hawaii who was still taking time out of his valuable schedule to check people’s posture in a mall on a Saturday. His life would never be the same.

While getting great results with Chiropractic care, Dr Listiak was so inspired by his experience with his first Chiropractor, he decided to become one! In 2000, he joined the Naval Reserves and moved to the San Francisco bay area to pursue a Chiropractic education. While in school, he continued to work as an Information Technology consultant for the Navy Reserves and for Science Applications International Corporation. In 2004, he graduated at the top of his class again, earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West. After completing an internship in Naples Florida, he returned to his home county in 2005 to establish the practice of his dreams, Integrity Chiropractic.

Dr Listiak’s passion is to see lives completely transformed on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. He specializes in posture restoration for all ages. He is a fellow of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and enjoys helping pregnant moms have a more comfortable and safer birth. He is a representative of Back Pack Safety America for San Diego County. Dr Listiak is licensed in the State of California. No matter what somebody’s current state of health, he enjoys helping them take it to a higher level. He seeks to inspire some of his patients to become Chiropractors as well.

Dr Listiak resides in La Costa California with his wife and two children.
