After my first adjustment, it was sooo much easier for me to get out of bed in the morning feeling refreshed and awake! The best part so far is that if I find myself getting stressed, it is a lot easier and faster to calm myself down! Amazing! Thank You!

After Dr. Jeff adjusted my neck (which is near impossible!) – (Where other Chiropractors couldn’t adjust it at all!  He adjusted all the bones from the top of my neck to the collar bone!)  My attitude changed drastically from feeling things were coming close to being impossible to overcome to exceeding way beyond the original goal!

I never realized until I had spent the first couple weeks with Dr. Jeff, being adjusted & healing – how sad and negative I was before I found Integrity Chiropractic.  My joy is back.  I feel lighter spiritually and more like myself with each visit.  In fact, today over the phone my boyfriend said he’d gotten the love of is life back!  Yeah!

Dr. Jeff often reminds me that I was made to heal and with that my outlook on many years of pain is so much better.  The pain in my low back is much better- I moved furniture (correctly) w/o being flat on my back the next day – Yeah.  I still have a ways to go to correct years of pain, but know that my God wants me in great health…and so does Dr. Jeff.

I’m grateful to feel stronger everyday – before being treat at Integrity, I was sad that I felt easily tired and there always seemed to be pain in my body some where! I feel better.  Before I got here, I used to get mad all the time.  I got so tired on both of my shoulders.  Also, when I was working all day I use to get tired soon.  Now I feel like new, like 5 years young.
