I can’t believe…I mean I can believe, “cause it’s happening to me!” After I had my baby, I couldn’t lift her up or hold her for any longer than a half an hour. But now I feel so strong, I can hold her and take care of her happily! I feel more confident as a a mother and she feels happier being in my lap!

I Can’t Believe I Slept Through The Night

The last three months I have been going to the bathroom 4-5X at night and early morning to empty my bladder. When I get up in the morining, I felt like I didn’t sleep at all. For the first time I slept through the night last night. . . I just can’t belive it! I felt rested and charged. I have energy to run around doing kid’s stuff and take care of aged parent. I’m glad and pleased I’m under Dr. Jeff’s care. M. A.

My Sciatic Nerve has completely been relieved where I can now swing a baseball bat, pick up and wrestle with my little girls, and go on long trips without losing sleep. Feeling is completely back in my leg and strength restored. I now am able to enjoy life after 5 years of extreme pain.

A New Beginning

So many great things have happened since I started chiropractic. I’ve gone from 20 minute walks to 5 ½ hour hikes. I can go on car trips, whereas before I couldn’t that long without pain. I’m really enjoying my retirement.

Back Pain Termination

Every day, no matter what, I would always have random back spasms & back pains. I am only 16yrs old and I knew this is very unusual. I started going to the chiropractor and not only did all my back spasms and pain eliminate but my confidence was raised and when I would go to the gym I started getting strong much faster & I was getting even better at surfing faster, when I thought I was finished progressing.

I really appreciate Dr. Jeff’s approach to health. I was having horrible hip pains and was losing sleep. As a result everything became unproductive. My treatments and exercises over the past few months have helped more than my hip pain. I have more energy, more FLEXIBILITY, and I’m feeling more ALIVE! The best part is my golf game has improved!
