Dr. Jeff often reminds me that I was made to heal and with that my outlook on many years of pain is so much better.  The pain in my low back is much better- I moved furniture (correctly) w/o being flat on my back the next day – Yeah.  I still have a ways to go to correct years of pain, but know that my God wants me in great health…and so does Dr. Jeff.

I’m grateful to feel stronger everyday – before being treat at Integrity, I was sad that I felt easily tired and there always seemed to be pain in my body some where! It was depressing – As I work with Dr. Jeff I feel stronger, my adjustments are helping me fell happier, younger, stronger, & MORE ALIVE!  What a blessing!

Before I came here, to Integrity, my life pretty much sucked.  I had really bad stomach problems.  I couldn’t even go to school or go out.  I was in so much pain and was really depressed.  No doctors could find what was wrong with me.  This went on for a year.  I did a consult after talking to Dr. Jeff at a street fair and started coming.  Three months later I feel great!  I feel so much better and I’m not having stomach problems nearly as much, I am happy, I have energy.  I am not 100% but I am getting there.  I’m at 70% better and I am so thankful for what Dr. Jeff has done for me.
