Dr. Jeff often reminds me that I was made to heal and with that my outlook on many years of pain is so much better. The pain in my low back is much better- I moved furniture (correctly) w/o being flat on my back the next day – Yeah. I still have a ways to go to correct years of pain, but know that my God wants me in great health…and so does Dr. Jeff.

After taking Vicodon for the pain in my lower back I still wasn’t getting any sleep. I told Dr. Jeff of my pain and he showed me a different method to cure my pain and help me sleep without pills. The day after I used the wedge at Dr. Jeff’s, I slept throughout the night. I went from no sleep, to more than enough. Thank you Dr. Jeff.
