Numbness is Gone After Legs Being Elevated

Posted October 31st, 2008 by Dr Jeff Listiak and filed in Hip / Leg / Foot Problems?, Numbness?

For the past couple years after crossing my legs (elevated) and returning them to the ground my leg would become numb. After a few minutes the feeling would return. After 4 visits with Dr. Jeff I tested this problem out. 15 minutes passed with my legs crossed and when I put my foot back on the ground my leg wasn’t numb anymore!

No Tingles

I have seen an increase in flexibility since I have started care with Dr. Jeff Listiak.  I have also lost the numbness in my lower back and my posture has gotten tremendously better.

No More Pain in my Right Hand

Before Dr. Jeff, I had a lot of numbness and pain in my right hand.  It made it difficult to do yard work or write.  After a month of treatment, the pain is completely gone.  I can prune again pain-free.

Writing & Pain Free

I have less numbness in my hand and more control in my fingers.  I’ve had shoulder pain for several years.  After a few weeks of treatment, the pain was gone.  I hadn’t even mentioned it to Dr. Jeff when I started seeing him.
