I can work all day without back pain. Before coming to Dr. Jeff, at about 3:00pm I had to stop working because of the pain in my lower back.

Way Better!
I handle stress and anxiety way better. (My) General outlook is greatly improved. I feel POSITIVE! I have more energy and don’t get sick as easily. I have more mobility. My neck doesn’t hurt as I sit facing my computer all day at work. Thank You!!

Migraines
I have had migraines once/twice a week for the last 10-15years. Tried almost everything and nothing but painkillers worked. I started chiropractic with Dr. Jeff and in the last couple of weeks I had no migraines. AMAZING! I’m looking forward to a go a month without one! I know it can be done. Thanks a lot!

Threw Back Out - Painless in 2 Days!!
I hurt my back twice in the last 2 months. The 1st time I got physical therapy and 4 weeks of pain & pain killers. This time Dr. Jeff adjusted me once and the pain went down from 7-8 to 1-2. Second adjustment and the pain was GONE. No drugs or 3 X wk of physical therapy. Now, I’m ready to chase turkeys for Thanksgiving. Thanks Dr. Jeff!

I CAN CARRY MY BABY!!
I can’t believe…I mean I can believe, “cause it’s happening to me!” After I had my baby, I couldn’t lift her up or hold her for any longer than a half an hour. But now I feel so strong, I can hold her and take care of her happily! I feel more confident as a a mother and she feels happier being in my lap!

BABY SLEEPING BETTER!
I’m really happy! I noticed my baby is sleeping much better during her naps and also at night she’s staying longer in her crib, not awaking during the night. So my husband and I could sleep better as well!!! Thanks to Dr. Jeff.

Numbness is Gone After Legs Being Elevated
For the past couple years after crossing my legs (elevated) and returning them to the ground my leg would become numb. After a few minutes the feeling would return. After 4 visits with Dr. Jeff I tested this problem out. 15 minutes passed with my legs crossed and when I put my foot back on the ground my leg wasn’t numb anymore!

Stress Levels Down!
After my first adjustment, it was sooo much easier for me to get out of bed in the morning feeling refreshed and awake! The best part so far is that if I find myself getting stressed, it is a lot easier and faster to calm myself down! Amazing! Thank You!

I Can’t Believe I Slept Through The Night
The last three months I have been going to the bathroom 4-5X at night and early morning to empty my bladder. When I get up in the morining, I felt like I didn’t sleep at all. For the first time I slept through the night last night. . . I just can’t belive it! I felt rested and charged. I have energy to run around doing kid’s stuff and take care of aged parent. I’m glad and pleased I’m under Dr. Jeff’s care. M. A.
