Hi my name is Kathy. About seven weeks ago I came to Dr. Listiak’s office for treatment. I was having difficulty with neuropathy feet and I have damage in my back which radiates down my right leg. It was giving me a lot of problems. I’ve noticed lately that the pain is getting less and less. And in the evenings I’m not complaining as much as I was before and I think that I’m making good progress.
Hi, my name is Brenda and this is my second treatment with Dr. Listiak. In my left leg, my sciatic nerve, I had kind of a shooting pain down my leg and it was going into the arch of my foot where it was very painful. The foot pain just didn’t feel right at all. I would have to sit down and rub it a lot and try to do some little exercises to help me and it just never went away. This is literally my second treatment with Dr. Listiak and the pressure is totally gone. I’m like, “Wow!”
Hi, I’m Michele and I’ve been coming to Dr. Listiak for approximately eight weeks. I used to have extremely numb and painful feet. I didn’t even want to move my toes up because it hurt in my ankles. I also had a very very painful thumb, from arthritis and carpal tunnel. Recently, I’ve noticed that now I can walk on the kitchen floor wearing just my socks. I couldn’t do that before and now it almost feels normal. Also, when I’m in bed at night my feet don’t hurt to the point where I have to get up. My thumb feels better as well and I’m probably not going to have the thumb surgery I was thinking about having. I’m very happy with the results in my neuropathy feet and hands.
(That’s great and what did you notice about sleep recently?)
Oh yes, I haven’t been able to sleep six hours in a row for a couple of years. But I slept six hours last night! Plus, I got up for an hour and then went back to sleep for two hours, which I never do. That was great because one of my big issues is sleep.
Hi, my name is Sue and I’ve only seen Dr. Listiak one time. I’m really happy to tell you all about my improvements. I noticed my improvements for the first time when I stretched to get something out of my purse on the passenger’s side of my car. I was able to get to my purse and find what I was looking for inside really easily. Next, I went to the dentist and I was like elated because my hand writing was fluid and it didn’t hurt to hold the pen. My hands were freed up enough to have a whole new handwriting. My handwriting was very fluid and I thought “Wow my hands are really moving well.” After that, I went home and I had lots of energy. I felt the best I had felt in so long. It’s just exciting as all get out and I want to tell the world about it! Later, I noticed that I slept right through the night. Usually I get up at night because my back hurts. Last night, I didn’t wake up once. I slept from eleven to seven, I just knocked out. And then I went to bed for two more hours after that. I’m just thrilled about sleeping well and I even felt good when I woke up. I felt good, I felt like I could breathe easier. I felt more upright; I felt energized and was not achy when I went home. I’m a little sore today but I’m hoping that once I start using the pulsed light therapy I’ll feel better. I feel good and Dr. Listiak is definitely the man for treating neuropathy. Especially neuropathy in hands. Thank you so much.
-Hi, I’m Diane and I’ve been coming to Dr. Listiak for about two weeks now. I was diagnosed and have chemotherapy neuropathy in my feet and it’s a little bit to my fingers. It’s been about two weeks now and I just wanted to tell the Doctor, this morning, that I’m excited because in the last day or so I’ve felt a lessening of my symptoms. Not nearly the feeling I was having when it was coming up my ankles. It seems like it’s regressing. There’s times when I feel… I don’t feel my feet, which is good. When you have neuropathy you’re aware of your feet all the time, so I’m excited about it. It’s only been two weeks and I have a couple weeks to go. It’s really looking good and I’m very grateful.
-Hi, I’m Diane. I came in to see Dr. Listiak for my peripheral chemotherapy neuropathy. My last chemo was maybe four months ago and I discovered after the last one that I had peripheral neuropathy. I was waiting several months and it just kept getting worse. I saw his add and thought “Okay, I’ll try [being] a little proactive and go in for my neuropathy.” It has been very helpful. It’s been a couple weeks now, about six weeks, and I’m feeling less peripheral neuropathy than I did before. Hardly anything in my hands which had been bothering me a little too, so that appears to be gone. And I do have a lot of energy, I feel like I’ve learned a lot. I’m taking better care of myself. Overall, I feel better and I feel like my peripheral neuropathy has… is not coming on stronger. I feel like it’s going away. So that’s how I feel. I’m not a hundred percent but I’m saying I’m probably fifty percent better than I was when I came in here, which is awesome. And no hands, I mean I have hands but they don’t have neuropathy.
My name is Laura and this is my third visit to see the Dr. Listiak for my chronic neck pain. After I left the second time, which was a couple of days ago, I was driving home and I noticed remarkable flexibility in my neck. I didn’t even know I was not being able to turn my neck to see the lane changes as I was driving. But, I had great flexibility. What was most remarkable was, to my surprise, I had great vision, long distance vision. I was looking through the hills and could see the tree tops on the hills and all the colors around me were very vivid as I was driving. I was, as you might expect, very surprised to see how greatly my vision changed. I wasn’t even coming in for anything like that. Thank you.
My name is Paula and I came here with leg pain and foot pain. I was having a lot of problems. But now, I feel really good. I’ve been here four weeks already and I feel a lot better. I know I can do a lot of things now and I feel good.
(Excellent. What are some of the things you can do better now?)
I know I can do a lot more than I did before. Like walking and doing more exercises.
(Yeah, excellent, how far have you been walking lately?)
(Yeah. Uphill too right?)
(Yeah. Wonderful. Good news.)
Hi there, my name is Paul and I have a fascinating story to share with you all. This is my second visit for my chronic neck pain treatment, and my first was yesterday. With my neck being significantly diseased, I was only able to move my neck to the left half way. It was difficult to drive because I often had to shift my body to get a full view from the left. But today, as I was driving to my session, I stopped to look back and forth. I went this way and I had ninety degree turn in my neck that I have not had for years. I just can’t believe it, I really can’t believe it. I am so excited and that was just my first visit. Today is my second and I have several more to go. If this much positive came out of one visit, can you imagine what things will be like at the end. I’m so excited and I think I’ve hit a gold mine. I am very happy. Dr. Listiak, I thank you so much.
Hi, my name is Ghazi. I came here to treat chronic pain in my shoulders, in my arms and my neck. I am very happy, after just three treatments I am really feeling good. There is barley any residual pain right now. And I’m feeling good. Thank you Doctor for that.
Hi I’m Cheryl and I just had my first treatment with Dr. Listiak ( for chronic shoulder pain ). I came in here because I was having tingling down my arms, from my shoulders to my arms and a little bit in my feet. He just did the first adjustment and I feel so much better. It’s unbelievable. I cannot believe…. Now, maybe tomorrow I’ll be soar but today I feel better. My neck was so stiff and soar. I’ve had chronic shoulder pain and when I went to put my coat back on… I reached into the sleeves, lately it’s been hurting just to raise my arms up and in my shoulders, and it didn’t hurt. Right now I feel great. Thank you Dr. Listiak, you did a great job today. You’re going to save me.
Hi, I’m Tony and I came in to see Dr. Listiak at the end of last year to start getting neuropathy treatments. I was having a great deal of difficulty with mobility and flexibility in my legs, back, hand, [and] shoulder. I had severe neuropathy and no feeling in the left leg below the knee. I had limited feeling in my toes, foot and leg on the right. Now, my posture has improved and I have more mobility in my neck. I had a lot of problems with balance and vertigo, that’s gone. I’m fine with balance and there’s no vertigo. The sciatica has resolved [as well] and I have more neck mobility and rotation.
(Excellent, thank you.)
Hi, my name is Darcy. I’ve been seeing Dr. Listiak for two weeks because of my hand neuropathy. I came with severe pain and I was not sleeping at all. [I was also] having some pretty bad nerve pain down my left arm. I’ve been amazed that the pain in my left arm is gone and I am now able to write again. [I can] hold things with my left hand again. It has been simply fantastic.
Hi, my name is Shawn. I came to Dr. Listiak mainly for my foot neuropathy. They were numb and tingling. After six weeks, I’m almost a hundred percent able to be normal again without any numbness or tingling in my ankles. I also have been sleeping better at night. Instead of getting up every hour, on the hour, I get up about every three hours now. The adjustments have been wonderful, I feel a lot better and I hope to keep going. I’ve also lost fifteen pounds.
I’m very happy with the results we’ve had over the last six weeks ( in my diabetic neuropathy treatment ). My blood pressure has come down [and] my blood sugar is down to normal. I’ve lost fifteen pounds in the last six weeks due to the diet. I have some more feeling in my legs and hands and I’m very pleased with the progress the Dr. is making through my diabetic neuropathy treatment. My name is Bob Hill.
(Bob that’s fantastic, can you give me an idea of what your blood sugar used to be and what they are now?)
My blood sugars used to be about 180-225, this morning it was down to 110. At night time before I go to bed I take it also and it’s usually about 150 where it used to be up in 190-200.
(Wow that is fantastic)
So between the diet and what the Dr. has done to my spine, I’m tickled.
Hi, my name is Drew and I’m a patient of Dr. Listiak’s. I’ve been a patient for about three or four weeks and am getting peripheral neuropathy treatment. I’m a cancer patient and I’m undergoing regular treatment, and I have had a really hard time sleeping. In fact, in the last nine years, prior to last night, November 17, 2013, I have slept through the night one time. Last night I got a good night’s sleep, whole night’s sleep, through the night. And I attribute that, in a great deal, in a great way to Dr. Listiak. So, I feel very good about my peripheral neuropathy treatment here and I wish the best for you as well. Thank you and God bless.
