I can work all day without back pain.  Before coming to Dr. Jeff, at about 3:00pm I had to stop working because of the pain in my lower back.

I can’t believe…I mean I can believe, “cause it’s happening to me!” After I had my baby, I couldn’t lift her up or hold her for any longer than a half an hour.  But now I feel so strong, I can hold her and take care of her happily! I feel more confident as a a mother and she feels happier being in my lap!

After my first adjustment, it was sooo much easier for me to get out of bed in the morning feeling refreshed and awake! The best part so far is that if I find myself getting stressed, it is a lot easier and faster to calm myself down! Amazing! Thank You!

The last three months I have been going to the bathroom 4-5X at night and early morning to empty my bladder.  When I get up in the morining, I felt like I didn’t sleep at all.  For the first time I slept through the night last night. . . I just can’t belive it! I felt rested and charged.  I have energy to run around doing kid’s stuff and take care of aged parent.  I’m glad and pleased I’m under Dr. Jeff’s care.                                                                                                                                                       M. Before Dr. Jeff adjusted me I was having some trouble walking straight and exercising like I used to.  I’d lifted something heavy, tweaked my back, and I never recovered.  Within a very short time of coming to Integrity Chiropractic I could lift my kid and walk w/o pain.

I have less numbness in my hand and more control in my fingers.  I’ve had shoulder pain for several years.  After a few weeks of treatment, the pain was gone.  I hadn’t even mentioned it to Dr. Jeff when I started seeing him.
