I can’t believe…I mean I can believe, “cause it’s happening to me!” After I had my baby, I couldn’t lift her up or hold her for any longer than a half an hour.  But now I feel so strong, I can hold her and take care of her happily! I feel more confident as a a mother and she feels happier being in my lap!

I’m grateful to feel stronger everyday – before being treat at Integrity, I was sad that I felt easily tired and there always seemed to be pain in my body some where! It was depressing – As I work with Dr. Jeff I feel stronger, my adjustments are helping me fell happier, younger, stronger, & MORE ALIVE!  What a blessing!

Aside from health overall, I wanted energy & strength in order to better my meditation ability.  The first thing I noticed was the pains I had in my back were gone after a few weeks.  7 months later I am well on my way to overall health, energy increase, and strength.

Every day, no matter what, I would always have random back spasms & back pains.  I am only 16yrs old and I knew this is very unusual.  I started going to the chiropractor and not only did all my back spasms and pain eliminate but my confidence was raised and when I would go to the gym I started getting strong much faster & I was getting even better at surfing faster, when I thought I was finished progressing.

When I first started care here, I was experiencing frequent headaches & neck pain.  Immediately after my first adjustment, the headaches decreased & I rarely have neck pain now.  In addition my neck feels stronger and my head feels lighter.
