I came in for my first adjustment with Dr. Listiak. I came in with a headache, a mild headache. Before I left and after he did my adjustment, I walked out and I didn’t have a headache any more. The headache relief wonderful, thanks Dr. Listiak.

I’m Linda and I’ve been seeing Dr. Listiak for almost six weeks now. I’ve tried to do diets in the past to lose weight and it hasn’t worked so well. Coincidentally, it’s worked really well over the past month. I’ve actually lost fourteen pounds. Which is quite a bit for me, and I feel really good.

Hi, my name is Bill. I’ve had horrible sinus problems for many years and I had an adjustment last Tuesday, July the 20th. And about four hours after the adjustment I felt my sinuses beginning to unlock and relieve themselves. I haven’t felt that sensation in many years. I also want to say that I’ve had mid back pain,  low back pain and a weird tingly sensation and a dull pain. I don’t know how long that’s been going on, maybe several years, but I’ve just ignored it. Hi my name is Minda and I’m here with Dr. Listiak, my new chiropractor. I found him at a street fair and I’ve been seeing him for a couple weeks. I needed some advice about my spine so he told me some things. I work on people all day long and I’ve been having chronic pain between the shoulders for almost four months. Like gardening or house work or any of those kinds of things. Walking, even. Now I’m hiking miles and miles and doing all the things that I love to do.

How long has it been, Dr. Listiak? Four years, I think. Four years and feeling great.

-Hi, my name is Jared and I came in with neck pain. When I woke up I heard my alarm and my neck just went to the right. I really hurt it about three weeks ago. I came here to Dr. Listiak and he adjusted me, did some work on my back, [and then] I had a really good sleep last night. I feel really good this morning. I’m definitely on the path… on the right path to getting my back corrected. It’s good.
